1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and 345wen ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), accessible at https://345wen.pro. By accessing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 345wen platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 345wen or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

345wen does not make any representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 345wen complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location.

3Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on 345wen. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number or email address, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact us immediately.

345wen reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents may result in access restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 345wen are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your account Cashier section.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Raast transfers are very fast. Bank transfer timelines depend on your bank. 345wen does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them directly.

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name.
• Deposits made using accounts belonging to another person are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are visible in the Cashier.
• 345wen reserves the right to reverse a deposit if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Deposits are for betting and gaming activity only — they cannot be used to generate returns without genuine play.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time through the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 345wen may require identity verification or may apply standard security checks. This is to protect your account and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed quickly, subject to security review.
• Raast: Fast processing during standard banking hours.
• Bank Transfer: Processing times depend on the receiving bank — typically 1 to 3 business days.
• Cards: Timelines vary depending on your card issuer.

345wen does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control. You must have met any applicable minimum wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.

6Betting Rules

By placing a bet on 345wen, you confirm that you understand and accept the result of that event as final once settled. All bets are placed in PKR and settled according to the rules specific to each sport or market.

Specific rules for Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Football, Esports and other sports are available within the relevant section of the platform. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event settles.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 345wen reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or cancelled and not completed within a reasonable timeframe, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Results are determined from official sources. For Cricket, this includes ICC and PCB official records. For PSL specifically, official HBL PSL match results are used.
• Maximum stake and payout limits per event or market are set by 345wen and are visible in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings are credited to your 345wen wallet once an event is officially settled.

345wen reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including in cases where suspicious or unusual betting activity is detected.

7Live Casino & Games

The Live Casino section of 345wen features real-time streamed games including Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, game shows and other live dealer titles. Bingo and Fish Games are also available as separate gaming categories.

• All game results are determined by the game provider's certified systems. 345wen has no influence over individual game outcomes.
• Each game type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server. The outcome of a disconnected round is final once recorded server-side.
• Winnings from Live Casino, Bingo and Fish Games are credited to your main 345wen wallet in PKR.
• Game rules specific to each title are available within the game lobby or game interface itself.

8Bonuses & Promotions

345wen may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 345wen account and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means — including opening multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account closed.
• 345wen reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after you have already qualified, your existing bonus balance will be honoured subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Incomplete wagering by the expiry date results in the bonus being removed.

Free bets staked on any market return winnings only — the stake value of the free bet itself is not included in the return. This will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

9Responsible Gaming

345wen takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help users manage their activity. We encourage all players to set personal budgets, take regular breaks and use the account-level controls available to them.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can request a self-exclusion of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or longer. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or deposit.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wen. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity information or payment details during registration or transactions.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain — any bets placed under such conditions may be voided.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any other financial crime.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge not available to the general public.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location or age to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Any activity that, in the reasonable judgement of 345wen, constitutes fraud, abuse or an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

If 345wen has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, the platform may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

11Account Suspension & Closure

345wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Abusive behaviour directed at platform staff or other users.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 consecutive months).
• User-requested closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact us through the support channels available on the platform. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any eligible balance returned.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 345wen shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform — all bets carry inherent risk and you accept this when placing a bet.
• Loss of data, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
